COST EFFECTIVE TARIFFS
On the pricing front, two options are available – Space & Shell – which are priced at Rs. 9000 and Rs. 10,000 per sq mt respectively. One would have to book a minimum of 27 sq mts for the Space scheme. Each approx. 9 sq mt (3 x 3 mt) Shell option includes panels, table, 2 chairs, 2 Spotlights, name-fascia, carpeting, 5 amp plug-point, dustbin etc. Additional stall facilities are available at a nominal price. 18% GST is applicable on all payments.
Thus the 9 sq mt shell scheme booth would cost Rs. 90,000 /- only + 18 % GST. There is a premium of 10 % for booths that have 2 sides.
Overseas Exhibitors need to pay in US $ or Euros for which the rates are – US $ 145 or Euro € 150 per sq mt.
ADVERTISE TO DIRECTORY / BUYER’S GUIDE
Trinity gets a minimum of 15 % discount on advertisements published in any newspaper or publication with a mention of AYUSH Natural, which we pass on entirely to our exhibitors only. So if you are looking at boosting your participation with advertising, there could not be a better deal. Additionally, you can also target all those visiting the exhibition by advertising in the Expo Directory – Online, Print & CD – minimum 5,000 copies of which are published. The full page size is 12 x 18 cms. You may select from the following types:
- Inside Front Cover – Rs. 1,00,000 /– only
- Back Cover – Rs. 75,000 /– only.
- Inside Back – Rs. 50,000 /– only
- Colour Page – Rs. 30,000 /– only
- Black & White – Rs. 20,000 /– only
- B & W Half Page – Rs. 10,000 /– only
